Firmware updates are activated thru Wyze software.app that you have on your phone.

I posted the log ID previously. It is #738364. However there’s been a new development. The camera is still randomly going offline and showing “offline.” Base stays online. If there is significant movement, though, the camera will “wake up.” A person walking up the driveway won’t trigger this, but a vehicle pulling into the driveway will.
It’s getting frustrating because I do need the camera to occasionally monitor the driveway area. But until there is movement in the detection zone like a car, it stays offline.
Are you able to send a replacement unit? I cannot get through to support to make this request as I cannot wait on hold for more than an hour. @WyzeDongsheng
