@dbarry I mentioned this in the other thread as well, but if you want to go back to 2.5, make sure you turn off automatic updates right after installing the apk. And also note the “latest” 2.5 is only available as a package which you need to use the apkmirror installer to install, but that’s not a big deal, they’re a pretty trustworthy site. You should be able to remove the installer after. If you want to avoid that step, there is one like 2 versions back that is a raw APK file. I installed that on my old android phone which doesn’t support 3, then just let it update to the latest 2.5 (since it doesn’t support 3.0, it will do that, in your case you can’t update or you’ll end up with 3 again).
Hopefully at some point someone will post a raw apk file for the final version of 2.5.
But how long the 2.5 app will work is anyone’s guess, so probably better to try and figure out your problems with 3.0 and try and get it working.
