Wyze Bulbs Keeps Resetting

I have a Wyze Bulb, 2019, that I used for a lamp last Christmas, it’s been in storage for a year.

I put it in a lamp, the app saw it and showed it online but wouldn’t control it

I reset it and set it up from scratch, I could get it to show up in the app but the app wouldn’t control it.

Then after a couple minutes it would start pulsing like it was in set up mode.

I’ve done this several times in a lamp that other Wyze bulbs work in.

Bad bulb? Any other suggestions?

It is possible something in it failed, if you have tried setting it up again and that did not work I am not sure of the next option. You could try contacting support, but as you know it is long out of warranty, but they may have and option I am not thinking of.

Thanks, I’m usually good at troubleshooting and I accept things fail so I’m not opposed to replacing it.

I may check with support but I’ve been eying the color bulbs so I may just get a couple new bulbs.
