So…Wyze needs to update the product description to warn buyers that the Wyze Buds Pro will fail in less than 12 months of use. I purchased my first pair in Dec 2022, they failed 10 months later with the left bud losing volume and then eventually failing completely. Wyze warrantied that pair with a new pair (after first trying to offer a gift card instead–which I declined). Now, less than a year later, the exact same issue with the left ear bud…but Wyze only warrants 12 months from the original date of purchase (not the replacement). After a very frustrating exchange with multiple Wyze reps, there is nothing more they’ll do for me. Super disappointing. When they worked, I loved them…but they should last more than 10-11 months. Buyer beware.
