Hi Folks,
I recently received the wyze buds pro and I followed the quick start guide but I am unable to get the left bud to work. The right bud works as expected and shows that it has a charge but the left just wont - its shows a cloud sign with a cross through it in the wyze app -like its offline. My wyze app is updated and I did try to update the firmware on the buds but the update keeps failing. Anyone having the same issue or any advice how to proceed forward?

Hi @bLUFF and welcome to the forum. Suggest giving Support a call.
You could try delete the Buds and add back in to see if it’ll take.

Hi @bLUFF did you get your buds to work? I’m having similar problems now.
I am having the exact same issue does any one know what the resolution was/is.
They are just doing a return authorization for me to exchange for some new ones
