Wyze Buds - left earbud constantly cutting in/out

A day or so ago, I noticed that the sound from my left earbud keeps cutting in and out (mostly out). If I wiggle the earbud when it’s in my ear, the sound comes back and cuts out rapidly. Similar to having a wired pair of earbuds or headphones, and the wire on one side gets a kink or a short in it. Both buds show a 100% charge in the Wyze app.

I thought it might have something to do with how the earbuds know when you remove them from your ears and it stops your audio, but I tried turning off ‘auto pause’ in the Wyze app and that didn’t help.

I did a factory reset, and repaired them to my phone, which also didn’t help.

Any ideas?
