Wyze bricked my camera then told me I had no warranty so I was out of luck

Wyze suggested firmware update which bricked my camera, and now inform me, since my warranty is not in effect, I’m just out of luck. Nice way to do business!

Did you add the firmware via the app or installed with an SD card.? Change the firmware back to what you had before if it was working before the update.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted Wyse?

As @Antonius said, you could add the previous firmware back to your camera via the SD card.

Can you also let us know what the primary issue was for you to call in to Wyze, assuming you did.
