Not sure what you tried, so I will list a couple of things, but a few questions first:

  • What iOS Wyze App are you using?
  • What Router Setup are you using?
  • Check to see how many Devices your router allows for. Then make sure you have not exhausted that count

Things to try:

  • On the App, Go to Account, App Settings, Clear Cache. Then restart your phone and try to set it up again
  • Remove the Battery Cam Pro (BCP) from the location of where it is mounted and remove the battery as well. Bring it closer to the Router and then put the battery in and see if that helps with setting it up.
  • On your Router, see if you can set 2.4Ghz only mode and then try to connect the camera. If it does connect, you can put it back to your settings
  • Restart your router and then try to connect again

If all else fails, you can reach out to Wyze for support as well.

Are you setting the cams up for the 1st time?

If so, follow this guide carefully and don’t forgot to enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet:

I found this thread via Google while having issues with my own Wyze Cam Battery Pro that had been working flawlessly for about a year but has now been unable to connect. I found the app related troubleshooting steps in a different thread and they failed to work. The only thing that worked for me was turning off my router’s 5GHz radio, connecting the camera, and then re-enabling the 5GHz radio on the router. Curious that this is suddenly an issue after all of this time.
