Wyze band notification Bar

I have a notification in my notification bar that I can’t get rid of. It says this keeps wyze band live for Alexa, shortcut and notifications. How can I get rid of this?

Have you upgraded to the latest app version? Do you have the band?

I don’t have the band. I did just check and there was an update available. Weird thing is I have my phone to update automatically every night and it just showed up tonight. It went away after the update so hopefully that took care of it.

There was an update post today about the Android app. The firmware page also says Google may not get the update to all users right away, may take a few days. Glad it got fixed for ya!

Android App 2.10.80 Released - 5/20/20

Happy Wednesday, forum folks! We’re releasing Android app 2.10.80 today. We found that the persistent notification was still present for some Wyze customers without Wyze Bands and fixed that bug. The notification keeps Alexa, Shortcuts, and notifications alive for Wyze Band.
