Wyze Auto Lock Bolt Can’t Remote In

I uninstalled and reinstalled with new batteries, and for some reason I can only control locking and unlocking unless I am near the lock. I am unable to unlock from my office away from my home. It just continuously circles trying to connect. I did notice that all of my other Wyze products have an IP address. The does not show IP address when I look at the device in my app. Thoughts on how to make this dead bolt work while away?

The Lock-Bolt is not WiFi enabled. Therefore, you can only lock and unlock via Bluetooth. The Lock-Bolt v2 is WiFi enabled and can be controlled from anywhere.
