I have the Wyze deadbolt. When I’m standing in front of the door, I can lock/unlock it fine on my phone. When I leave my house, the app forever says “connecting”… it never connects (even though I’m connected to wifi) and thus I can never remotely lock/unlock the deadbolt, which is the whole reason I bought this. Any help would be appreciated.
