This has been an issue every time I try to setup a new Wyze Light Bulb. The Wyze app simply does not detect my WiFi network. I’ve tried everything Wyze support has recommended. I use a Google Mesh Network. I unplug all of them but one to make sure there’s no fighting between the mesh devises. This has been the single most frustrating task I have every dealt with in 65 years! 4 hours trying to get one wireless light bulb working! Hopefully someone has a recommendation or answer. Or I’m ready to throw all of these Wyze bulbs out the window!
Make sure they are 2.4ghz networks.
Also, had to make sure that my router allowed special characters for DHCP (an advanced setup toggle for my router).
