How were you able to revert back to the previous version of the app? I’m on Apple iOS

qlang’s right, I’m on Android and it’s ez-pz. Here’s WyzeGwendolyn’s response about iOS from another thread:

(iOS v 2.6.62) Is anyone else as unhappy with this new app as I am?

It is likely that our tech support team doesn’t know how to do this. It’s also something we’re not generally supposed to do. You may want to try asking in our subreddit at r/wyzecam or in the Ask the Community section here.

There’s a bit of follow-up there but nothing definitive is provided.
