error code 09 still.
Friendly faces is still broken but the behavior has changed. It now acts like I don’t have Cam Unlimited even though I do.
B514 is broken again. Camera info null for all cameras, no events, no friendly faces, no cam plus, no submit log. I’m so glad that 519 hasn’t made it to Google Play Store yet. Just what the regular users don’t need to wake up to. I’ve already forced closed the app twice, rebooted phone, no help. I am getting alerts for events even though I turned them off since I can’t view them anyway.
My solution was to uninstall and reinstall b514 Again! That’s not a solution.
.519 (and the iOS equivalent) is working well for me since I loaded it 3 days ago.

I’m in the same boat now. My doorbell has error code 43, and now I can’t go into my camera, get pushed back out to the favorites view.
I’m nearing my end with Wyze, constantly having to deal with issues and things never working correctly. I used to recommend it to everyone, and others bought and use their products. We even use their alarm system and service.
It’s about time they start focusing on what products they do have, stop letting these KNOWN issues linger forever and get us all frustrated for services we pay for that are not reliable. How about comping our fees, or something that is giving back to us customers for all the issues we all deal with.
But it’s become so unreliable and disappointing, it’s almost why bother. Prime example, I’m leaving town for vacation tomorrow and I can’t use my cameras or services. Good thing I set it up, paid for the product, and pay for the services regularly…
I know this blew up into a rant, sorry about that. I just wish Wyze would wise up, and start focusing on walking with their existing products and making sure they work great, before they start running with new, untested, unreliable services and products.
Do better Wyze.
