Thanks for the update. I’m still using v3.0.5 on that phone but haven’t experienced this issue and wondered if something in Moto Actions might be the common thread peculiarity that causes this because I don’t have any better thoughts. I think a log followed by a ticket that includes the Log ID is a good idea, 'cause this one has me stumped.

Moto Actions - it’s still installed in the 2021 phones. Only use Screenshot, open camera and flashlight.
Found there is a way to retain control of the pulldown and bottom navigation buttons when opening the Wyze app.
As the Wyze app is opening, pull down notifications. Doing so retains the phones functions when the app opens.
Cool trick, works for me as well.
