Wyze app stopped recording daily, weekly, and monthly activity in logs, shows only TODAY'S step count

Wyze app stopped recording daily, weekly, and monthly activity in logs, shows only TODAY’S step count. The activity logs stopped mysteriously after 216 steps on Tuesday,4/5/2022.

My Wyze Watch 47 is syncing fine with app, but only the steps for today show on the main activity page. When you drill-down to Today, Weekly, or Monthly, all that shows after Tuesday is a sad face icon.

Watch, and app have updated firmware. Rebooted watch and phone 3 times. Moto G Stylus Android phone running up-to-date Android version. Removed and re-added watch to app, still the same issue. Force stopped and re-started app, same issue. Spoke with 2 Wyze technicians and did all the above again. Still no fix. WHY!?!?!

Help!

The daily, weekly, and monthly step totals re-appeared again…5 days later…as suddenly and as mysteriously as they disappeared.

Let’s hope they stay this time!

I still think there was some sort of error going on with the app.
