Started 5 days ago. Opened tablet, opened Wyze app, app opened start screen for about 3 to 5 seconds, then crashes. Performed all of the listed clearings. All updates current. turned off hardware encoder, deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing works

Tried Tech Support, 2 1/2 hrs of spooling circle……
Same problem here on iPad 9/IOS 26. App will start and run, but will invariably crash after some amount of time - maybe a few minutes, maybe a few hours. It works without a problem on my iPhone 16PM.
Now, this is more information. And I think we have heard of this before. Create a new account and login. Though it won’t resolve the issue with everything. It will tell you that you may have a problem with your account, not the app.
Yes, it means you are going to have to re-install devices on the new account, if this new account resolves the app problem. But at least you know.
