@oneilldm, @jeffseal, @bhuntley00, @TooWyse, and @JH30UK: When reporting problems like this, it’s helpful to share your app version. I suspect what you’re describing is an experience with the latest β app, where the prescribed solution is uninstall/reinstall:
This shouldn’t be a concern, as they’re stored on Wyze’s servers. When you’re forced to log back into the Wyze app (after re-install, clearing cache, or similar scenarios), the app will pull down a fresh copy of your profile and settings.
