iOS hotfix version 2.38.4.3 is releasing shortly. This fixes the Error Code -1 when viewing grouped cameras issue. We’re really sorry that happened and have added extra processes to prevent this from occurring in the future.

Jason, do you know off hand how long does it take for the app to show on Apple Store Canada after has been released? Looks like it is available in the Apple Store US, but not here in the Wide White North.
That’s weird. I don’t see it on my phone
Thanks
Ooops, just popped up.
Thanks
So, they only fixed the Error (code-1). They didn’t even bother to address the interface fiasco.
I’m not a big fan of this huge box. Maybe I’ll get used to it otherwise I’ll reinstall 2.38.2 for a few months to see what will happen with this new design.
How would you reinstall 2.38.2?
If you are a beta tester, via TestFlight.
I see, unfortunately I am not a beta tester. Maybe I should consider it
Try it, It doesn’t commit you to anything. If you do, let me know if it still works. You can go back several applications.
Thanks brother, I’ll give it a try tomorrow and I’ll post back
@habib
I am not sure how long it takes, hopefully not long.
Thanks Jason, it’s already there and I installed it. It seems that the Code-1 Error has been fixed, but nothing has been done to fix the interface issues.
Actually, I changed my mind and I installed 2.38.2 and it works like a charm. It says that it expires in 70 days, does that mean that I can use that version for 70 days only?
I’ve never used an « old » version for more than a week. What I think is that in 70 days it will be deleted from TestFlight but you can continue to use.
When you use a « beta » version, it will not be updated automatically when a new public version will be out on your iOS device. Before, we could work with a public application and a beta at the same time, but it no longer works.
Sooner or later, you will have to update especially if you install new devices.
I know, I just want to do it at my own leisure
I hope Wyze addresses the issue with the interface. The four camera view doesn’t work as it is now. Also hitting the back button from a single view doesn’t take back to the group view, but to a single view in portrait mode. Extra click and device rotation.
Thanks for suggesting the Beta solution.
2.38.4(3) not yet available for me on my *&^%$# iPhone 13 in California.
Still on 2.38.3(3)
When you go in the app store, click on the Wyze app and you’ll see the update button. Don’t rely on the auto update.
