Wyze app Home Monitoring

After buying the home monitoring subscription for the first time, and tried to open the monitoring tab within the application, I’m getting an unusual message; “Oops, something is wrong, please refresh the page “. I tried everything from hard closing the app, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, using a different phone, you name it!! But nothing seems to work.

Anyone with a better idea??

What version of the Wyze app are you using? What you’re apparently experiencing seems like what was described in Wyze app 3.9 & Palm Lock Firmware Beta Test 11/19/2025, and a new version of the Wyze app was released just today: Wyze App Update - 12/15/2025. I don’t use iOS and don’t see a mention of your current app version in your post, but sharing that and looking at those topics is where I’d start.

If you continue to experience this problem when using today’s app version release, then I’d be inclined to log that and report it to the Wyze App Update - 12/15/2025 topic.
