Events - Pet filter - missing

One of my most-used abilities is to go to the Events tab, then the Filter button and clicking the “Pet” filter.

Tonight, that option is gone. I believe a few other similar options are missing but I can’t remember their specifics (as I wasn’t a user of them). On Events/Filters, I now see from top to bottom - Premium Filters (only has FACE within), then Motion, Sound, Camera Groups, Cameras.

Honestly, i don’t remember the Premium Filter grouping before. I am subscribed to CAM PLUS for years now. And I’m not near my ‘# of devices’ limit.

Any help… is appreciated.

I see all of the filters. However, if you look to the right, you will see an arrow, tap on that. This should make the list appear as each section is collapsible.

Here is what it looks like expanded

Here is what it looks like collapsed

I have the bug also, don’t use it much myself, but seems missing.

Odd, they just came back in the RTSP Beta app both were missing.

It appears to be a bug. I see the same issue in current beta app. I can go back a few versions from a different phone and problem doesn’t exist. Which app version number are you running?

@spamoni - same. What app version were you running when you posted your screenshots?

I am running Android 3.9.0 (b727)

I see the same via the same app version. :+1:

I’ll check a few others including iOS and iPadOS versions, but may get shuffled off/sidetracked.

Edit: No problem under production iOS/iPadOS 3.8.5 (11) and 3.8.7 (3). I’m not willing to load an iOS beta version. Not enough spare Apple devices. Are you running a current iOS beta app that you can check?

Will Check in a minute. I am using 3.9.0 (3) on iOS

Just checked Android app versions 3.8.6 (723) and 3.8.7 (725). No issues there. This issue may be a UI bug limited to latest beta app.

Just need someone to check iOS beta app 3.9.0 (3).

I see no issues with iOS 3.9.0 (3). I see the Premium Feature List.

I see no Issues with Android 3.9.0 (b727). I see the Premium Feature List.

Basically, I am not seeing what you experienced.

I’ve gone through the last 6 app versions under Android 12 through 16. I see the issue only under current Android beta app version 3.9.0 (b727) regardless of Android version.

It’s as though the app filter page in the beta app doesn’t recognize that I have a premium subscription. All other app pages see the subscription including the Events tab list page. I can filter events by Person by tapping the Person button at the top of the Events tab list page. Person isn’t even listed on the filter page, nor are any premium filters. If I can get confirmation from the OP that they are running 3.9.0 (b727), I’ll merge this topic to Wyze’s beta announcement topic for better visibility to Wyze.

@WiseOleDude @G2740 - please state which app version you are running that encounters this missing premium filters issue.

Curious as to why I don’t have the issue.

Will be interested in what the others indicate

The only thing I can think of is some difference between our accounts on the server, even though we probably also have the same subscription type (Cam Plus Unlimited?).

Yea, I have Cam Plus Unlimited as well. We may be on different servers, as you indicated.

Curious if it comes back after Clearing Cache from the App and Through App Info on your Android.

I tried clearing cache. Let me try again with an added phone and tablet reboot…

local and Android caches cleared, rebooted… same issue:

The only other test I can think of is to wipe cache and data, delete app, reboot, reinstall, retest. Kind of a pain. @spamoni - want me to try that test or just merge this topic to the beta announcement and submit some logs? Issue is not present under any previous versions of the app, beta and production.

@Seapup OP here. I am running v3.9.0 (b727) although I can’t help but notice I’m “Not Enrolled” in the Beta Program. But that’s a diff issue for a diff day. And it appears as the screenshots others already posted (Only FACE appears under Premium Features).
