Why am I paying a fee for home monitoring when it clearly doesn’t work? Can I get a refund?

I got the same issue for the past 2 days. I can’t access the Home Monitoring tab. I’m running version 2.46.0.6

I use Android so that is all I can really troubleshoot. My only suggestion would be to try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if it will help.
HMS is still broken on Android well over a year now! Does WYZE have any plans on fixing it? I can use it from my Mac, but that defeats the purpose of the mobile app (Android) that I use. This is ridiculous and I will be cancelling all HMS tonight. I’ve done every troubleshooting step known to man.
