For those experiencing the thermostat issue, I have an update. We have found the root cause and are working on the solution.
For the devices not working in groups until you click into them, I have been able to reproduce this and am working with the engineers now. If I need any more info from all of you I will come back here and let you know.

2 problems to report on Samsung S23 running Android 16 (One UI 8.5)
- Thermostat shows as OFFLINE.
- V4 camera SD Card playback Timeline clock ahead of camera clock by 4-5 seconds.
Same issue here Group preview was working really good before this update now it’s not working worth a crap
any update on getting this fixed or a way up side load older app
I tried installing previous versions 3.22.0.973 and 3.22.1.979 from APKMirror.
In both versions clicking on the thermostat did nothing (EDIT: didn’t even display the Device Offline screen) … so no workaround for Thermostat users (EDIT: other than beg/borrow/steal an IOS device).
However, the camera functions seem to be OK.
EDIT: @electro has reported that a workaround is to add the Thermostat to Google Home … I tried it and it works.
EDIT: I found that my wife’s phone was still on 3.22.1.979. I used AppChecker (kroegerama) to extract the apk files, copied them to my phone and then used SAI (MTV Mobile) to install. I am back up and running on 3.22.1.979. Google Auto Updates are TURNED OFF on both phones. I 've kept the apk files as backup for the next WYZE App screwup.
We are working on the fixes for these issues now and hope to have a hotfix out soon.
Mine was doing the same crap, and I thought because I’d changed some stuff in my router, that it was my fault, but you’re telling me now that and it was working manually but I don’t know if I updated it to be quite honest with you, so what now, i’m stuck on the wise logo and it won’t do anything i’m trying to reboot it, and all that kind of stuff, and nothing is there gonna be a fix. Is this bricked or what, i have no a c currently or heat. So what gives or what’s the update? Or when is it coming
Yes you have AC and Heat, the thermostat still works, just not through the app.
Get up, walk to the thermostat, and turn the knob, push the button, etc. Just like you used to do before you got a smart thermostat. 
This may work for you … but you will likely have to wait for the Android App update.

Please take this update back. Both my flodlight v2 cams were working perfectly fine for 2 years and now this update makes them go offline at random. Nothing else changed. Submitted logs on both. 2603062 and 2603056.
Mine was stuck on the wyze app, would not pair, i want to do everything before I should have started reading and tell you what i’m glad I started reading. Cause I found a fix. I thought my stuff was bricked, find an old s twenty five that I have that has an old version of the wise happening paired right back up, and now i’m able to walk up to it, use it manually
Great, The better solution for those of us who are not home and use a smart thermostat for automation, is to use Google or a Alexa until the hot fix comes out.
I have birds and with temperature swings of 25° in a day outside I rely on schedules to keep my birds safe and their hormones in check.

new release that just dropped seems to fix the preview bug
A hotfix has been issued for some of the issues.
