Just got the update, still missing the SAVE button on the Wyze Air Purifier when going into the Manual screen. This happens on folks using 3-button Navigation on Android 17. If you use Gesture Navigation, it will show part of the SAVE button.

And for those of us not using the 3 button navigation, some of the text at the bottom is partially cut off. So it’s definitely a wider layout structural issue.
I received the update twice today. Not sure what that was all about. I use 3 button navigation on my android device, don’t have an air purifier and am not noticing any text cut off. I just own cameras, bulbs, and plugs.
The App has been compiled for Android 16 and above which now forces “edge-to-edge” screens and the developers have not adjusted all the screens to account for this.
In 3.21 the OG landscape view clipped at the top and bottom with black/white bar at bottom depending on Dark Mode setting … Looks like this is FIXED in 3.22.
Now they just have to fix:
- The Air Purifier Screen clipping at the bottom.
- Thermostat screen has a much larger font.

You killed the Wyze Thermostat on ALL Pixel phones with Android 17. I sent the log file for my Pixel 8

Can you give me some more info, when you go into the app are you able to see anything, is it just disconnected or unresponsive. A screen recording could help us..
Sure, the problem is with Android 17 and new wyze update. Before your update was fine. Sep 15 killed the thermostat ONLY. Rest of cameras or other items works. When I press the button (see picture) it behave like in the video attached. I have different devices with Android 12, 14, 16 etc. and all work. Something is wrong between your new update and Android 17. Look at the log files I sent. Not sure about other phone brands but Google Pixel does not work as of last update. I repeat is only the stupid Thermostat. From the beginning your thermostat was very BUGGY

Sorry you thermostat users are experiencing this. With WYZE being very well known for bugs and problems, there is no chance in high heaven I would put them in control of heating and cooling my home or locking and unlocking my doors. I could just imagine coming home to burst water pipes after being out of town celebrating holidays with family.

I second your sentiment. I was contemplating getting the Palm Lock and even though I haven’t come across any major issues for that particular model, it’s been on a back burner for now.
I have Motorola with Android 16 and after an update , the thermostat went offline. I reset the thermostat reinstalled the app and the thermostat to no avail. I couldn’t set up the thermostat with the Motorola
I had to fired up a Samsung S20 to finish the thermostat setup. Now, the thermostat is online in the Samsung S20 and offline on the Motorola.
BUT, if I use Google Home App the thermostat is online. Hope it helps until a solution is provided
