And here I thought that Wyze developed the cameras and home automation devices. Looks like others are purchasing from the same suppliers.

Wyze has not hidden this fact. However the firmware and app are specific to them and there are some hardware optimizations that have been done for them as well.
Many manufacturers use OEM devices that are then customized by/for them.
