Hi, i am sorry that you are having problems. For the last 8 months 24/7 Newest firmware and app, we have had a great experience with Wyze. Give more information about your issues. Maybe someone in the community can try to help you.

And besides everything you mentioned, don’t forget the lens seal failure that gets moisture inside the lens of camera on an OUTSIDE rated camera.
I have been swapping out to Reolink cams

I have had one resolvable issue since buying my first Wyze cam in 2019. I am content with the service I have received, even at this price point.

I’m a cam plus unlimited user and cannot access video from the cloud. Basically my cameras are useless now. Doorbell and cameras keep getting error 05, 06, or message unable to retrieve video. I’ve sent multiple messages to support for the last month and no answer. Very frustrating. Their time is limited with me if there is no help soon.

Why, what happens if you try to view a cloud video?
You can remove the badge by deleting your account.
But then you would miss all the Reolink commercials.
And my Fan Club would undoubtedly miss me
