WOC: Flashing Red Status light, Power switch won’t turn off WOC

I have one WOC that the Status light is flashing red, as if it is charging…. when it’s not connected to the charging cable…. and the power switch won’t power it off.

The WOC works as normal… but that flashing red light…. and no power switch… is an issue…. I opened a ticket with Wyze… haven’t heard anything back (submitted a log as well)

Hrm… I wonder what will happen if you let it die completely, and then recharge…

Wyze is replacing it under warranty, so, they’ll have to do that test when the receive the defective unit back.
