Wife had to stop wearing Wyze watch

Just to let folks know, the Wyze watch my wife used overheated and burned her wrist while she slept… Doesn’t look like the watch was damaged at all, but we are certainly not charging it again…

Watch burned spouses wrist?

My spouse’s Wyze watch started acting weird (as in the touch screen stopped responding) I had been looking online for a solution, and last night while sleeping the same thing the OP talked about happened. The LED sensors on the back got very hot and burned her wrist. There was no water involved as she was sleeping at the time. There is no visible damage to the sensors.
