Why does “Submit a Request” (support request) result in it ONLY showing help articles and not show me a support form that I can actually “submit”??

How can I submit an actual support request?

It has been a long time but If I remember correctly you do that via the application. You have to sort of go round and round with the chat support and on the 3rd+ cycle it will give you a real support option for contact. Then you get access to the real live C students. Best of luck.

I have submitted about 10 logs and nobody replies. Service support is terrible.
