I go to the support tab, click Submit Request… and it pops up a chat window. and it’s an endless loop of options that don’t help at all. Then ultimately it asks to rephrase the question? How many variations of “submit a request for help” do I need to come up with before I find a form to fill out to get a little help with a camera problem?
Sorry if that comes a crossed as rude, but I’ve been incredibly frustrated with this outdoor camera battery issue, only to get even more frustrated with the website.
