I still have not recieved a camera as a EA backer for the robot vacuum Any ideas as to where to call or write to get it?
There was a wyze representative watching this thread and helping out. Hopefully he sees this but I would contact support. I believe they finally are taking care of people now. Good luck!

I still have not received my free Wyze Cam 3 camera and all my tickets relating to it have been closed. Here are two of the ticket numbers: 1106817 and 972918
My last correspondence from Wyze back in March is that it is being processed for shipment.
Forgot about this until I saw this thread. Never received my backward either. Wasn’t really expecting much but would have been nice. Something to keep in mind when deal with Wyze down the road.
