EDIT: Actually, I think I was able to find your ticket by searching your username , just sent it over for followup by our level 2 team on the Support side. They’ll probably need to confirm your address so please be on the lookout for an email from them!
To anyone else still awaiting assistance with their backer rewards, please make a Support Ticket and reply with your ticket number and I’ll make sure that you get squared away after the agent verifies your eligibility. We also have sent out communication to our entire Support Team to remind them of the appropriate steps when folks reach out about v3 Backer Rewards.

I finally did receive my V3 cam today. It seems like there must have been some breakdown in their communications with this. Although it makes me very leery of dealing with the company directly again at least they shipped it. Their emails were apologetic but, when it says let me make it up to you and their offer is to send what they owe, that’s not really making amends, that’s just owning up. A discount code or free cam plus subscription would have been a better offer. Sticking to ordering from Amazon or shopping locally.

Glad found this thread and know that I’m not alone in my frustration. I’ve had I think four support tickets now. At one point I received a coupon code, but when I went to actually use it I found that it had been cancelled without notification. I never received the survey to choose my reward (the v3 cam), but sure provided all the proof to support agents multiple times over. My more recent ticket was #1166349 and was closed with an automated message that it would be processed and shipped soon. Do you want another ticket opened or is just that most recent one enough?
I got my V3 camera, and have already applied two firmware patches to it! This is a great camera!

I’m in the same position as many others waiting for info on their backer reward. My most recent support ticket number is 1111343 from March 18.
I questioned support on where the cameras for the early backers were, and I got an email on March 30th telling me that they were shipping the cameras out to “all our backers already”.
Here it is just about a month and a half later, and still no camera!
Let me guess. Because of the pandemic, shipping is really slow.
BTW, last ticket number (which was closed) is: 1134115
