When to order to ensure delivery by Christmas?

@WyzeGwendolyn With T-Day almost here I’m wondering what the time lead is needed for the shipping elves to get us new V2’s ordered directly from Wyze so we can gift them for Christmas?

I think I will wait till next year.

If I give these out as gifts I will need to provide unpaid first-line support.

That is part of the price we pay as “tech geeks”. My Dad did that since about 1960 when he gave me a 9 volt “pocket” transistor radio.
I did it when I introduced Commodores (VIC 20 & 64) to my relatives in the early '80’s.
I did it this year when I introduced @doctormgh to Wyze cams.
We are sort of a “Davy Crockett” of the new tech frontier.

I prefer to call you guys “Tech Geniuses.” “Geek” is not very woke. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I guess you are right. I just don’t want to add more to my plate. I am IT support on anything electronic to my family, which I enjoy, but working on Wyze components is a full time job. :grinning:

You probably have a week to ensure delivery. After that, visit Home Depot or Amazon.

I’m sorry, I don’t know the cutoff day for that. I would definitely recommend sooner instead of later. With how the postal system gets backed up for holidays, I would only feel confident through the first week of December. But this is my uneducated paranoia and you may have a little more time than that.

With the way more and more people are buying online for the holiday every year, always buy as soon as you can.

Can you tell us what portion of the Wyze shipping is coming through the postal system versus FedEx? My Black cams are being shipped FedEx.
It seems the complaints about shipping have dramatically dropped since last summer.

That’s determined by the weight of the package so I can’t really answer that effectively. Sorry, @gemniii!
