November 7th V3 camera pre-order has not shipped yet, very frustrating

I preordered a V3 camera on November 7th and expected to receive it in early December. Later I got email says the shipping date got postponed to 12/26/2020. I checked today and it sill not shipped yet. Now I have to wait for it till next year? Very disspointed with Wyze…

Welcome to the forums! The latest info I see is that it was estimated to ship by the 26nd, but again, that is estimated.

I’d give support a call and see if there is any specific updates with your order beyond the general announcements. On 12/30, the shipping update only goes back to Nov 8th v3 orders and beyond.
