I have found that the oldest recorded stream says “Loading” but those after for each day play.
YOU BROKE THIS WITH YOUR APP AND THEN STATED IT WAS A APPLE ISSUE,
Fix it, it has taken awhile for me me figure this out!
So you solved your problem?
If not, support may be able to help.
Details – what app version, what statement reference?
Do you believe the good folks on this user-to-user forum broke something? I’m not sure how that could happen. Maybe you mean that perhaps Wyze broke something. Wyze Support might be able to help you with this problem.
@DTGlasgow is probably talking about a lot of folks have had issues playing the first recorded video of the day which never loads, all others do. There is another post about that on the forum. Some users just paly it via the SD playback and it works. I use iOS and have not had that issue.
Wow. Never noticed on Android.
The first recorded video of the day loads fine for me in App version 2.50 on Android and IOS.
However, when viewing SD card timeline video always jumps from 11:59:59 to 00:01:00 (in App 2.50). I can hit the back 30 seconds button and view the skipped portion. Just wondering if this weirdness is still present in App version 3.xx.
My Pan cams often do an annoying thing where they skip back to like midnight of the current day instead of the current time, but that’s only when tapping on SD card from live view. Tapping the event from live view seems to put it in the right place usually. Tapping the event from the events tab still doesn’t work as far as I know (no sd card error).
They’re also a bit clunky when you want to switch days, they’ll go to midnight on that day and it is hard to know whether to go forward or back, I often end up on a day I didn’t want to be on.
