Anytime I try and save an event video from my Cam to my iPhone, it just hangs at “loading” and nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem? My app and firmware are all up to date.
Mines working on IOS, can you try on a diffrent network? Does it happen to all events? Try a diffrent device?
I can’t save them on wifi or if I am connected via cellular. It happens for all events and on both my iPhone and iPad.
What app version are you one (account > about)?
Can you get an app log next time this happens (account > Wyze support). Please contact Wyze support and explain your issue, give them your log number. They should be able to get it reported to the right team.
Exact same situation I have now. iPhone 14; iOS 18.4.1; Wyze tech support said this was not a known issue. Anyone else have a fix?
I save event videos almost every day to my iPhone or iPad via download from the events page. I haven’t tried the share function lately because it was having issues before. Using iOS 18.4.1 and WYZE app 3.4.5
