What would be causing the video to stutter or freeze?

I am viewing the camera live and see people moving then the image freezing or stuttering and then next is them a few dozen feet away.
I also when viewing Events sometimes cannot see one when I know a person has moved in front of the camera such as Amazon delivery. I suspect stuttering had happened at that time.

My MicroSD Card was at 28G of 29.79G
I have since formatted but the problem still happens.
Record to MicroSD Card is Continuous. Detection Settings are 100 High.
Using a SAMSUNG (MB-ME32GA/AM) 32GB 95MB/s (U1) microSDHC EVO Select Memory Card.

Internet is near 1GB download and 39Mbps upload.
I did Reset Services and Restart Camera under Settings

Wyze cam v3.3.6 (626) Pro
Latest Firmware 4.58.13.2340
Cam Plus
Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Apparently, FW 4.58.13.2340 for Cam V3 Pro is causing a lot issues for other users (some cameras are left potentially bricked with this firmware). Please refer below thread for reference.

I suggest you to manually flash back 4.58.13.1321 to see if it solves your issue.

There is a typo on the instructions as it is supposed to say “file” instead of “folder”.

  1. Ensure the unzipped file is named “recovery_wcv3p.bin”.
    • If not, rename it.
  2. Drag the file to the root directory of the microSD card and then remove the card from the computer.

Came here to share the exact same experience VERBATIM.
This particular firmware broke / bricked one of my V3 Pros, and my three others all now suffer from the ghost / frozen images.

Thanks for the link and how to revert back instructions.
I now have Firmware version 4.58.13.1321

The zip file had 2 files. I copied both onto the formatted microsd card.

Next step is to wait and see if the freezing continues.
