The other day I needed to set my new WCO-V2 to Travel Mode after the app and FW were both updated successfully.
Switching it from WIFI to Travel Mode was a breeze. Well… after it ran for 2 days, I took out the MicroSD card to view the events, I discovered absolutely nothing has been recorded. I hoped to record simply all motion events, similar to the trail camera’s standard mode.
Wasn’t that Wyze folks’ original statement regarding Travel Mode functionality? At least that was what I understood at first. I hope they didn’t mean to set it to continuous recording, that would be quite comical and rather useless for the most part.
I’m hoping this issue is at my end and I could still make it work as per design (or not).
