What firmware should I roll back to on a V3 Cam Pan to avoid the greyed out button among other problems, which is stable and everything works?

Ive formatted the card several times… it doe snot work

Make sure you are using a 32GB card with a FAT32 format.

Which part isn’t working?

Are you renaming the .bin or dragging \ extracting it as is out of the zip?

Did you do a factory reset with no SD prior to flash?

The bin they refer to is for the wyze cam v3 I have the wyze cam v3 Cam pan that version is not listed to roll back to…

Looks like these 3 firmware versions are available for the Pan v3. Are you not seeing these?

4.50.3.4240 (April 24, 2023)

No I see them but which one will solve the problem of the Greyed out button?

I generally try to rollback to the previous version before problem started. I don’t have Pan v3 cameras, so can not offer specifics.

Yeah I wish I knew what version cause I just bought these new cams so I never upgraded to new versions they came with it…

Sorry for the link in my last post. I linked you to a V3 post, not a PanV3 post. That was my error.

You can find your current firmware version in the Settings, Device Info.

Not sure what version will fix the problem. You might be a trailblazer on the PanV3 trying to find it. Probably flash back 1 version at a time and test.

Can you post a snapshot of this grayed out button and why you think it shouldn’t be grayed out so we are all on the same page as to what you are trying to correct?

Also what are your ‘other problems’?

If I were in your situation and had just recently purchased Pan v3 cameras with greyed out Playback button.I would try to manually flash back to the oldest firmware from January 30, 2023 as an experiment. Good luck.

Thanks its now working but it does have playback shakes, sure they will fix it in the future … at least the button works
