[HELP] Cam Pan v3 bricked?

I have cam pan v3 and it was working fine a couple days ago until I saw in the app it says device is offline. I’ve tried to:

  • restart camera via app (failed)
  • reboot by unplugging the power and plug it back in (failed)
  • hard reset by holding the setup button for 10 seconds (failed)

The red light just stayed on even after reboot. This happened after the last update, I think?

Firmware version 4.50.4.7252 (can’t update to 4.50.4.8409 cam’s not connecting), plugin version 2.49.0.12, using Android 14. Other cameras are working fine (v3 and cam pan v2).

I am sorry this is happening. If the reboot by unplugging the camera did not work, I would try either doing a manual flash of the firmware or contacting support.

Wyze support has been amazing with prompt responses. They’ll send me a replacement already!
