Appreciate the help funny cuz my other one works fine and it’s running the same firmware. Maybe I’ll give it a few days for maybe they’ll fix it with a new firmware update

Thanks for the information I did what you said with the firmware downgrade and then upgrade and the pan cam it’s working fine

Hello @jjl290 , I would recommend staying downgradeed to firmware version .40 until the issue is resolved with .50.
