So I bought another Wyze pan cam yesterday and I’m running the latest firmware 410 350. And for some reason the motion is not working even with the sensitivity all the way up if I stand in front of the camera I can’t get no motion alerts I have it set up the same way I have my other one and that one works fine. Any help would be appreciated

There is a known issue that’s affection some Pan cams with the new firmware. The devs are aware of it. See this for a workaround:
Appreciate the help funny cuz my other one works fine and it’s running the same firmware. Maybe I’ll give it a few days for maybe they’ll fix it with a new firmware update
Thanks for the information I did what you said with the firmware downgrade and then upgrade and the pan cam it’s working fine

Hello @jjl290, I would recommend staying downgradeed to firmware version .40 until the issue is resolved with .50.
