Is anyone else with Wall Switches seeing this? I have three Wall switches. They are connected, but in the Android app show as offline. I can not control them through the app, but they still work properly through the Wyze App automations I have set up, and they work properly via my Google Home automations.
I power cycled them via the circuit breaker, rebooted the AP they are on, and signed out of the app clearing data & cache and logging back in.
I saw @R.Good ask about this elsewhere, so I’m pinging him in case he has an update or any additional information to share. I don’t have any of the Switches but would likely buy some if I saw them become available again.
This issue also started to the best of my knowledge yesterday.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app currently on the Beta Android app, and a number of other standard troubleshooting items before uninstalling.
I am going to open a support ticket here shortly. I have talked with others who are not seeing this issue. Could be a backend issue and in on a specific segment if not impacting all.
Some further info to be a bit more precise as to what I’m seeing.
I have the switches grouped, and the group favored on the Home tab. On the Home tab the group shows online. When I go into the group it will say, “please check your Internet connection”. Going into the controls to see the individual switches displays the same message.
Turning the switches on or off as a group works.
I also placed each switch on the Home > Favorite tab individually. Again, they display as expected, either on or off and will turn on or off properly. Going into each switch displays the same “check Internet message”.
