All the information I have read about the window camera states that you do not need a subscription to view the saved videos that are on the SD card. No matter what I do all I see is the thumbnails. How can I view them without getting the subscription ?
I do not need all the extra features of the subscription. I just need to see the videos.
When you bring up the “event” there are two buttons. One is a play button which brings up the cloud (subscription) recording and if you don’t have a subscription, it will ask you to buy one. The other is an “SD Card” icon which will bring you to the video on the SD card and no subscription is required.
You can also go to the cam live view and hit the SD Card button there which will bring you to the latest videos on the SD card and you can navigate around in there also.
