My event recording doesn’t show the video

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been covered, but it seems most of my cameras have issues with showing saved event videos from my SD Micro card. Basically, it does detect and save the event, but when I try to view it it only shows a blank grey screen. I have to click it over and over again until it finally plays.

Has anyone experienced this? I have the latest firmware on all cameras.

Are you playing events from the “Events” tab or from the “SD Card” icon on the camera live video screen? Do you have any type of CamPlus subscription?

Hi there. From the SD Card. I don’t have a subscription.
