There’s a growing number of companies offering no free service and low cost products competing in WYZE’s space AND some are including video doorbells.
Really like to see WYZE add a video doorbell.
Don’t want to add yet another app for another manufacturer. Starting to contemplate switching brands but I do love WYZE.

In addition to the 2/17/20 announcement, note that the tag at the top of this topic is “testing”. (It was changed from “in development” to “testing” on January 15.

I believe they said they are working on person detection in a general sense for all the cam’s. It’s on the recent roadmap as in alpha testing.

My Ring Pro just died and I have to get a new video doorbell. I’d love to Support Wyze test the Wyze doorbell. How can I become a tester?

However, I don’t believe there will be any more slots available for doorbell testing before it is released in Early Access.
