New Wyze Video Doorbell Pro install, using existing 2-wire bell circuit. Every went according to plan until trying to view an event video. The live stream is fine, in HD mode, with no issues. The chime works fine. The internet signal is good, and the chime is close to the doorbell. Using Android with the latest app and did a force stop and logout routine of the Wyze app. The initial image of each video is visible, but the video will not play, giving me the Failed To Load message. Was buy a Wyze doorbell a mistake or did I make one myself???
