Video Doorbell Pro stuck in pairing

I bought a video doorbell pro and I can’t get it connected. It’s stuck in pairing mode. I get to the point where my app says “pairing with your devices…” and that’s it. It goes no further. I’ve reset multiple times, tried different places in the house, reset the router, everything and it still won’t connect. When I unplug the chime I get the pairing failed message on my phone. Any suggestions?


Update the Wyze app. They just released a fix for this.

This has been going on for a week! LOL!

Updated app but the doorbell is still not showing any video or connecting correctly. Should never have wasted my money on this, pulled all my other cameras and cancelled all subscriptions.
