Video Doorbell Pro - Connectivity Issues

I installed my doorbell pro about 2 months ago and have had to reset and/or reinstall it from scratch about 7 times now. The doorbell is hardwired in, and both the doorbell and chime are within 30’ of my router. I haven’t had any power outages or surges and I have 1gig service over a full fiber to the home network. I tried reinstalling again today and now the doorbell will not complete the pairing process. The doorbell is found, it connects to my network, but will not complete pairing. I’ve submitted logs to Wyze with no feedback.

Anyone know why these doorbells constantly disconnect and need to be reinstalled from scratch?

When I had problem connecting I had to reboot my phone and then all was ok… it was after a firmware update
