What happened to the 12 seconds of video without having to upgrade to cam lite? Now all we get is a still picture that you can not even see because an ad pops up to prompt to upgrade.

I don’t remember any notifications sent out about this change.
Cam Lite was discontinued few years back and Wyze sent a notification at that time. If you had it before you should still have it. Maybe your cameras need to be re assigned on your account on the web site. Newer cameras (after V3) are not eligible.
Hi, I have a memory card and see pictures instead of videos. Do I have to pay for the service to see my events in video? I hope not. I have three cameras and will gladly throw them away if I have to pay to see events.
No you don’t. Not sure what camera you have but if you hit the SD card icon it should take you to the SD card recordings.
